“How do you thank someone for giving you your life back? Brianna Strother and Cal Oaks gave me my life back. I went from collecting rents and maintaining a large number of properties to having a check magically show up in my bank account every month. No longer do I deal with tenant problems and excuses. No more three day notices. No more stopped up toilet calls. Don’t get me wrong. There are still three day notices and stopped up toilets, but I no longer have to deal with them. When a property needs maintenance there is someone to make sure the maintenance is done. Very important to me is that I am still as involved as I want to be. I still make the final decision.
